Along with his wife Laurie, Gray is a co-founder of Tuckahoe Creek Construction Solutions, LLC.  He is also one of the co-founders of Tuckahoe Creek Construction, Inc. Gray is a Class A Contractor and has over 27 years of experience in residential construction. Over the years, Gray has been involved in every aspect of residential construction. He has earned the designations of:

• Certified Aging-In-Place Specialist (CAPS)

• Certified Graduate Builder (CGB)

• Certified Green Professional (CGP)

and is the only residential building professional in the Richmond and surrounding area who currently holds the Master Builder designation from The National Association of Homebuilders.  He is Past President of the Home Building Association of Richmond, a past Director of The National Association of Homebuilders, and currently serves on both the Construction Committee and Board of Directors of Richmond Metropolitan Habitat For Humanity, as well as the Building Committee for St. Mary's Episcopal Church.  He is also a regular volunteer in Richmond's Rebuilding Together effort, whose mission it is to rehabilitate homes and revitalize communities.
